silverlight application :Silverlight 2 Beta 2
IE Silverlight plugin vesion：v4.0 Silverlight_Developer
错误信息：
调试silverlight3应用程序出现Unable to Start Debugging. The Silverlight managed debugging package isn't installed
产生原因：
silverligth版本不一致造成的。
解决方法：
install Silverlight_Developer.exe
download:
/Files/pengxiaojun/Silverlight_Developer.rar
