报错内容：A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 35 - An internal exception was caught)
可能的原因：SQL Server 不支持 TLS 1.2
解决方案：
修改配置文件/etc/ssl/openssl.cnf（不存在就新建）如下：
[system_default_sect] MinProtocol = TLSv1 CipherString = DEFAULT@SECLEVEL=1
