WebBrowser这个控件实现去除滚动条，边框，右键

有时侯为了界面的简洁好看还有程序的安全性，我们都希望WebBrowser这个控件可以实现去除滚动条，边框，右键，下面这两个方法可以充分满足我们的需求：
