ubuntu pipenv error

Ubuntu中pipenv shell出错：UnicodeDecodeError ascii codec can’t decode byte 0xe6 in position ordinal not in range(128).

这是我用pip install pipenv 安装的pipenv,在使用pipenv install 的时候就保错了。
我删除了这个pipenv,然后使用pip3 install pipenv 就可以正常使用了。
