症状：
安装phpBB3.1的最后一步完成安装之后，注册用户，浏览器崩溃。localhost的所有页面都打不开同时没有响应。
Trace：
虽然打开了nginx.exe，但是进程中未发现服务。
重新电脑，再度打开ng，进程中依然没有服务。
cmd下netstat -ano|find "80"，未发现localhost的80端口。
查看nginx的error日志，发现近一段时间一直报一个错误：
CreateDirectory() "D:wnmp ginx-1.9.3/temp/client_body_temp" failed (3: The system cannot find the path specified)
解决：
进入ng根目录，创建temp/client_body_temp目录
重启ng，恢复正常。
初步分析：
是否是安装phpBB触发了某些ng响应导致崩溃？
phpBB的程序bug？
