1：安装JDK
2：安装eclipse
3：安装myeclipse，完成后将其copy到eclipse目录下，作为插件安装
4：下载tomcat压缩包，解压至一目录
5：在eclipse中配置tomcat:
窗口/首选项/myeclipse/tomcat/tomcat 6.x
设置目录为tomcat解压缩目录
jdk为jdk所在目录（不是jre）
launch改为run mode
6：在*\tomcat-6.0.14\conf下找到server.xml文件
设置端口为大于1024的一个值

错误处理：
1：若启动tomcat时出现
严重: Error initializing endpoint
严重: Error starting endpoint
严重: Catalina.start:
此时说明所选端口已被占用，可在cmd中用netstat查看，按步骤6设置即可解决
2：若在浏览器中查看文件时出现：
http status 404 错误
则说明未找到文件，注意文件放置位置是否正确，或者链接地址有误
3：若在浏览器中查看文件时出现：
http status 500 错误

此为未配置struts
在项目上右键－myeclipse-add struts capabilities即可
4:若为

则为jstl未配置
从网站上下载jakarta-taglibs-standard-1.1.2.zip，解压后放在......\tomcat-6.0.14\webapps\工程名\WEB-INF
下即可
