用svn客户端checkout时报错：
RA layer request failed
svn: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://30.114.67.147/svn/yxpt'
svn: OPTIONS of 'https://30.114.67.147/svn/yxpt': could not connect to server (https://30.114.67.147)
原因：
未知，猜想可能和公司的杀毒软件、防火墙等有关。
解决方法：
将https方式（443端口）连接，修改为http方式（80端口）连接。
