GI就是升糖指数
血糖生成指数( GI)是表示某种食物升高血糖效应与标准食品(通常为葡萄糖)升高血糖效应之比,指的是人体食用一定食物后会引起多大的血糖反应。它通常反映了一个食物能够引起人体血糖升高多少的能力, 血糖生成指数是由人体试验而来的,而多数评价食物的方法是化学方法, 因此也常说食物血糖生成指数是一种生理学参数。
