原因1:开启了httpd

解决方式:systemctl stop httpd

　　　　systemctl start nginx

原因2:/etc/nginx/conf.d里的配置文件错误

解决方式:查看是否是配置文件错误  nginx -t  ,如果错误,则修改配置文件
