解决方法：
perl command line interpreter has stopped working
C:Program FilesMATLABR2012bsysperl路径下的release文件指出，active版本只能支持到win7.
于是下载最新版本的activeperl。安装在任意目录下。
在安装目录中，找到其中和C:Program FilesMATLABR2012bsysperlwin32目录中bin,etc,lib,site中对应的文件，
复制粘贴，选择全部替换，运行mex -setup不会再出现。perl 的问题了。
