注意力

注意力是指人的心理活动指向和集中于某种事物的能力。
“注意”，是一个古老而又永恒的话题。
俄罗斯教育家乌申斯基曾精辟地指出：“注意是我们心灵的唯一门户，意识中的一切，必然都要经过它才能进来。
”注意是指人的心理活动对外界一定事物的指向和集中。

【注意力】是意识的触手。研究心理的人很难分清注意力和意识。经常混淆。
注意力是如同外放的探测波，意识，是释放和接收探测波的主体。
注意力并不是依赖眼睛存在。只是眼睛是主要的注意力工具。闭上眼睛，注意力可以在人体内部任何地方转移。以触觉为优先。
而操作这些的就是我们自己-意识。

【译文】Attention is the tentacle of consciousness. People who study psychology have a hard time distinguishing attention from consciousness. Often confused.
Attention is like an external detection wave, and consciousness is the subject that releases and receives the detection wave.
