5.Select the netword operating system and version to install on your IBM 3850 M2/x3950 M2 server.在该页面的下拉框中选择Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2。继而在该选项的菜单下选择：Windows Server 2003,Enterprise Edition R2.

7.Configure RAID Adapter：选择 RAID 1

21.等待系统检查插入的系统光盘......检查完成，继续下一步
22.服务条款说明，选择 I agree to the terms and conditions，下一步
23.Launching the WIndows installation......
24.半个小时左右，安装完成。
25.在进入Windows界面后，安装一些东西提示插入CD2，但由于当时CD2不在身边，这些步骤系统直接自动跳过，然后重启，完成系统安装。
