美国摄影测量与遥感协会的会刊,摄影测量工程与遥感(Photogrametry Engineering and remote sensing)杂志,网址www.asprs.org,网上可看论文摘要,全文可去系图书室复印,该杂志南大很全,过去50年的都有,同时你可以发现测 绘学报、遥感学报、武测学报甚至国外的文章中参考文献许多来自该刊,在2000年SCI地学类杂志排名中该刊名列第三,相当地不容易,南大校友美国 berkeley加州大学副教授宫鹏就曾三次获得该刊的年度最佳论文奖,由此奠定其在国际遥感学界的地位。
2. IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing
国际电子与电器工程师协会地球科学与遥感协会IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS) http://intl.ieeexplore.ieee.org,系图书室有原文,可复印,东南大学有近20年的电子版全文数据库。不过这种研究大都从 传感器和遥感机理研究,不适合我校的方向,浏览还是可以的,文中多是IEEE会员的文章很多,象美国NASA\JPL在上面著文很多,中国学者很少能在上 面发表文章。
3. ITC Journal
荷兰ITC 校刊,多GIS和遥感专题应用文章,跟地理学结合很紧密,1999年改名JAG Journal, 南大有98年以前的杂志,前几天我又看到2001年的杂志。)ITC网址 Http://www.itc.nl文章全文用英文,附有德文和法文摘要。
4. ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing
国际摄影测量与遥感协会ISPRS的会刊 ,http://www.isprs.org有介绍,Elsevier数据库上有全文。该杂志 现在多分主题出版,介绍当今摄影测量与遥感最新动态,如建立DEM,TIN,激光测高,干涉测量等技术,还是有不少好文章的)不过南大图书室没有订阅该 刊,大家去看电子版吧。
5. International Journal of Remote Sensing
国际遥感杂志,这是英国出版的一本专业遥感杂志,由Taylor & Francis出版社出版,我看得不多,不好多说,大家可以到http://www.tandf.co.uk/上查该杂志目录和摘要,全文可以到系资料室 复印,南大很全。特别地,南大校友宫鹏博士担任该杂志的editor(5人之一)。
6. International Journal of Geographical Information Science
国际地理信息科学杂志,原名国际地理信息系统杂志,经NCGIA的Goodchild一改,系统成了科学,大伙写参考文献的时候,一定要 注意是“系统”还是“科学”,不要闹笑话。也可到Taylor&Francis出版社的网址http://www.tandf.co.uk看目录 和摘要,南大有85以来的全部杂志,偶亲自在图书室按顺序整理的,大伙去看看吧,巨牛杂志!
7. International Journal of Geographical Information
国际地理系统杂志,是1999新创刊的,我觉得比较好,特别是有一次看到一个关于spatial analysis的专刊,德国施普林格出版社有英文全文,可以免费看到文章摘要,南大有2000年后的杂志,季刊。
8. Canadian Joural of Remote Sensing
加拿大遥感杂志,是加拿大遥感协会(Canadian Remote Sensing Society (CRSS) )会刊,文章很有特色,大部分文章有英语和法语全文,加国的遥感水平很高,大家也不要忘了世界上第一个地理信息系统CGIS就诞生在这个枫叶之国,想当年 我的遥感老师方圣辉和巫兆聪制作98大洪水期间微波雷达图像还用的是加拿大的雷达遥感图像。南大图书室有该刊,可复印全文。
9. Cartographica
加拿大地图学杂志,我没有细看,不便多说。好像重视地图设计地图综合等方面的研究。南大有改刊,近20年的都有。
10. Cartography and Geographical information system
地图学与地理信息系统,印刷比较好,文章侧重地图设计,地图理论,这个好象大家今天都不是很感冒。地图学GIS的祖宗,大家不要忘记了。 南大有该杂志,可复印。
11. Surveying and land information system
测量与土地信息系统,该刊重视测量和地理信息系统的建库,好象跟FIG协会关系很大,我对该刊的唯一印象是参考了其中的一篇文章(Ohio 州立的名教授李荣兴写的)给黄老师交了GIS课程论文。大家有兴趣也可以去淘淘金啊,不好说也会有所发现的。南大改刊不是很全,97年以后很全。
12. Geoinfomatica
地学信息,参照武测图书室的翻译。这是一份大多由计算机专业出生的研究人员写的GIS文章。Kluwer Online 网上有全文,南大可以下载。偶觉得该杂志很注意对计算机领域的最新技术进行跟踪研究,如CSCW\CORBA\3D\时空数据库等等,更难得的是,中国学 者在上面经常发表高水平的文章,如香港的李志林、国家基础地理中心的陈军教授等人经常有文章,水平还不低。
13. Environment of Remote Sensing
环境遥感, Elsevier有全文,没有仔细看过,听说很牛,我觉得可能比较适合自然地理、生物、环境等方面的学者利用遥感技术进行研究。 还有比较容易忽略的两个杂志!
14. Enviroment and Planning
刊主编Michael Batty是英国伦敦城市大学空间分析中心(Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis(CASA),University College London)的主任,他曾经任过美国NCGIA的主任,是M.Goodchild的前任。

主题范畴: The International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation publishes original papers that apply earth observation data to inventory and management of natural resources and the environment. In this context, earth observation data are normally those acquired from remote sensing platforms such as satellites and aircraft, complemented and supplemented by surface and subsurface measurements and mapping. Natural resources include forests, agricultural land, soils, water resources, mineral deposits, and land itself as a foundation for infrastructure and housing. Environmental issues include biodiversity, land degradation, industrial pollution and natural hazards such as earthquakes, floods and landslides. The focus, which can be either conceptual or data driven, includes all major themes in geoinformation, like capturing, databasing, visualization and interpretation of data, but also issues of data quality and spatial uncertainty. Since the scope is large, contributions should be of the highest quality. Some will convey important recommendations for environmental management and policy, and we encourage 'Discussion' articles that stimulate dialogue between earth observation studies and managers in a statistically sound way. Papers addressing these topics in the context of the social fabric and economic constraints of developing countries are particularly welcome.
