windows 10系统下
jupyter 安装
选择文件夹到python安装目录，本机是 C:ProgramsPythonPython35
pip 版本检查与更新
定位到 C:ProgramsPythonPython35Scripts>
执行 pip --version 命令，查看pip版本
PS C:ProgramsPythonPython35Scripts> pip --version
执行 pip install -U pip 命令，更新pip到最新版本
PS C:ProgramsPythonPython35Scripts> pip install -U pip
再次执行 pip --version 命令，查看pip版本是否已经更新
PS C:ProgramsPythonPython35Scripts> pip --version
jupyter安装
执行 python -m pip install jupyter 命令，进行安装，会下载很多包，
PS C:ProgramsPythonPython35Scripts> python -m pip install jupyter
注意：假如出现这个错误 ERROR: Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: raw write() returned invalid length 2 (should have been between 0 and 1)
再次执行 python -m pip install jupyter 命令，会在上一次的基础上继续安装，
PS C:ProgramsPythonPython35Scripts> python -m pip install jupyter
直到出现以下文字

Running setup.py install for pyrsistent ... done

表示安装成功
启动jupyter
PS C:ProgramsPythonPython35Scripts> jupyter notebook
会打开浏览器，进到这个地址 http://localhost:8888/tree
右侧 new 下拉选项中选择python3 选项，会进到一个新的笔记页， http://localhost:8888/notebooks/Untitled.ipynb?kernel_name=python3
此时就可以进行python 编码了
