2、世界第二大免费全文网站HighWire Press：http://www.highwire.org/ 是全球两大提供免费全文的学术文献出版商之一。由美国斯坦福大学图书馆创立于1995年。收集366 种生物学、医学、社会科学网络学术期刊，提供超过585202 篇免费全文种期刊。HighWire Press收录的期刊覆盖的学科有生命科学、医学、物理学、社会科学。检索时可以按学科(View by Subject)、刊名(View Alphabetically)浏览期刊，也可在所有期刊中检索(Search all journals)。点击这里查看HighWire Press的免费电子期刊列表。（其实这个大部分大学图书馆都是有的）
3、DOAJ：http://www.doaj.org/，据说收集671 种免费多学科的网络版学术期刊。
其中DOAJ：http://www.doaj.org/还是很好玩的，我用educational technology检索，竟然轻松显示了8本教育技术刊物，且都是可以全文看的，只是不是当年的，这点非常可惜！
