• 关于 Mybatis的原生连接池 和 DBCP 连接池


    一 遇到的问题:  项目用的play框架,数据库DB2, 持久化框架是Mybatis, 连接池用的是Mybatis原生的,遇到的问题是:有时候抛出如下异常:

    很明显是: connection 和 DB的连接出问题了,正常情况下,一般过一会,连接好用了,就可以恢复,但是有一种情况是:连接一直不恢复: 用

    netstat -anop 命令看连接池状态发现,如下图: 其中,端口是50001的是SSL连接,这些连接池中Send-Q中是4101的,表示socket连接的发送队列出现阻塞,连接有问题。

    在这种情况下:连接池中的这些连接其实都是有问题的,但是Mybatis每次都从连接池中得到一个connection,并不知道其是否好用。所以就一直阻塞。

    二 原因:首先分析了Mybatis原生的连接池的源码,这里简单说一下:

    PooledDataSource.java :: popConnection() 这个函数表示每次都去得到一个连接,
    (1)首先,如果连接池不是空,就从连接池取一个,跳到(3);否则跳到(2)

            (2)新建一个连接

            (3)判断这个连接是否可用,如果可用,就返回这个连接;否则继续(1)

    这里重点说一下上面标注红色的步骤,如何判断连接是否可用:这个调用的是PooledConnection.java::isValid(),

    重点是dataSource.pingConnection(this),如果mybatis里配置了poolPingEnabled,就会在拿到这个连接的时候,执行poolPingQuery,相当于检查数据库连接是正常,如果正常,就返回这个连接;否则关掉这个坏的连接,然后再去找其他的正常的空闲的连接。

    关键我代码里面没有配置poolPingEnabled, 所以,根本没去检查空闲的连接是否好用。导致一直用坏的连接去执行SQL语句。

    三 解决方案

           (1) 如果继续使用mybatis原生的连接池,就配置如下属性:

       poolPingEnabled - 默认值是false,当值为true的时候,将开启ping机制。
       poolPingQuery - 对数据库进行ping时所使用的sql。
       poolPingConnectionsNotUsedFor
            默认值是0,单位是毫秒。我们不能在每次使用连接池之前,都使用ping机制,
            这会使每一条sql的执行,都要额外执行一次ping语句。所以使用此属性来避免这种不合理做法。
            我们只针对闲置时间超过某个时间的连接,进行ping。本例中的值为1小时,当从连接池中拿出的连接闲置超过1小时,才会对它进行ping。

                      但是这个的效率非常低下,每次执行一条SQL语句,都要执行一个检查的SQL, 效率不好。

            (2) 使用DBCP的连接池:DBCP连接池功能强大,提供了四种检测DB连接是否正常的选择:          

    testOnCreate
    testOnBorrow
    testOnReturn 
    testWhileIdle 

                 其中testWhileIdle ,是另外启线程,定时的去检测连接是否健康,这个比较实用,需要在Mybatis里进行如下配置:

                     <property name="testWhileIdle" value="true"/>             启用空闲连接健康检查机制
                    <property name="validationQueryTimeout" value="2"/>        如果执行检查的SQL  2秒没有结果,就认为连接不健康,就关掉
                    <property name="validationQuery" value="SELECT 1 FROM SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1"/>   执行检查的SQL, 要一定有返回值,并且快!
                    <property name="timeBetweenEvictionRunsMillis" value="20000"/>        多长时间检查一次
                    <property name="numTestsPerEvictionRun" value="20"/>          检查的时候,每次检查多少个,是串行检查的。

     最后,使用DBCP的 testWhileIdle, 可以在连接不健康的情况下,关闭掉不健康的连接。

    PoolableConnection.java源码:
     注意:1 在进行test的时候,如果numTestsPerEvictionRun表示每次检查多少个,是串行一个一个检查。
        2  虽然validationQueryTimeout 设置成2秒,但是test 连接的时候,如果是拔网线,依然是20秒才超时,我如果有8个连接,在断网的情况下要8 * 20 = 160
       秒的时间才能全部释放连接。

    testWhileIdle : 关注的重点,GenericObjectPool中针对pool管理,起了一个Evict的TimerTask定时线程进行控制(可通过设置参数timeBetweenEvictionRunsMillis>0),定时对线程池中的链接进行validateObject校验,对无效的链接进行关闭后,会调用ensureMinIdle,适当建立链接保证最小的minIdle连接数。
    timeBetweenEvictionRunsMillis,设置的Evict线程的时间,单位ms,大于0才会开启evict检查线程

    numTestsPerEvictionRun,代表每次检查链接的数量,建议设置和maxActive一样大,这样每次可以有效检查所有的链接.

    maxWaitMillis:(如果没有可用连接)池在抛出异常前等待的一个连接被归还的最大毫秒数,设置为-1则等待时间不确定
    RemoveAbandonedOnBorrow:表示DBCP连接池自动管理应程序中使用完毕的连接
    removeAbandonedOnMaintenance:表示DBCP连接池自动管理应程序中使用完毕的连接
    removeAbandonedTimeout:  表示一个连接在程序中使用完毕后,若在指定时间之内没有再次使用,则DBCP连接池回收该连接
    logAbandoned:   

       以下代码看出: 每次test的时候,只test处于idle状态的连接

    removeAbandoned函数源码。removeAbandoned只会remove掉ALLOCATED状态的并且很久未用(removeAbandonedTimeout)的连接。
       并且有两个地方会调用:
         1: borrowObject():  每次从连接池中取得conn的时候,先调用一下这个函数。

    执行的条件是:(getNumIdle() < 2) &&(getNumActive() > getMaxTotal() - 3)
    idle的很小, 但是active的很多的情况。
            2: evit() :  每次test evit的时候去调用一下。这个的执行是无条件的,只要配置了就去检查。
