如此劣等畜生软件吃内存，无故造成电脑卡机，死机，无法工作，如何去除它，方法如下。

解决1：

1、断网封门  2、必须管理员模式打开cmd窗口，进行一些列的SC服务删除 、attrib 命令、del命令、regedit注册表、services.msc服务关停即可。

成功: 已终止进程 "UniAccessAgentTray.exe"，其 PID 为 6524。

UniAccess Agent是联软科技公司推出的一款企业网络监控软件。用它可以建立网络准入控制系统以及加强桌面电脑的安全管理。UniAccess Agent是出了名的难以卸载。

但我无意中发现了卸载UniAccess Agent的好办法。

1、登录Ubuntu系统，找到C:Program FilesLeagSoft，删除此目录。

2、重启系统，登录Win7，删除机器上的余孽。包括：
- “开始”菜单上的**企业信息网络接入系统
- C盘根目录下的UniAccessAgentDownloadData
- C:WindowsLVAgentPublicSysParkAll目录
- C:WindowsSystem32目录下的UniAccessAgentUUIDInfo.arc文件
- 注册表Regedit，搜索uniaccess，清除相应的键值。
