1. .net Version degrace the version from 4.5.2-> 4.5

2. EF give an error while Creating DB (ByPass upgrade SQL version from 2012 to 2014) [RC] not found

3. another issue about .net version degrace. C# langues resolve

4. Start to install IIS on my win10
