异地登入phpmyadmin时，会出现“You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.”这是因为配置文件：/etc/httpd/conf.d/phpMyAdmin.conf中，限制了种从本机登入，以保证数据库安全。
解除方法：vi /etc/httpd/conf.d/phpMyAdmin.conf
将
<Directory /usr/share/phpMyAdmin/>
Deny from All
Allow from 127.0.0.1</Directory>
改为
<Directory /usr/share/phpMyAdmin/>
Allow from All</Directory>
