因为不再Windows Domain , 竟然也不能更改这个设置。
曾经装过McAfee, 不知道是不是有关系。

Ajthough I have the

Open Notepad and paste the above content, then press Ctrl+S,
and once the save dialog appears, select:
File name:winupdate.reg.
Save as type: All files (*.*)
Once saved, close notepad, double-click the *.reg file and that shall
work.
