wagtail使用笔记

1. 安装访问（https://docs.wagtail.io/en/v2.8/getting_started/index.html）

# 创建 python3 虚拟环境
virtualenv -p python3 venvpy36new --no-site-packages

# 下载安装wagtail
pip install wagtail

# 简单使用
 wagtail start mysite
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
$ ./manage.py migrate
$ ./manage.py createsuperuser
$ ./manage.py runserver

2. 中文和时区汉化

/settings/base.py 文件内 语言/时区设置如下：
