     设置相对位置

    WindowManager manager=this.getWindowManager();
                Display display=manager.getDefaultDisplay();
                LinearLayout.LayoutParams params=new LinearLayout.LayoutParams(LayoutParams.FILL_PARENT, LayoutParams.FILL_PARENT);
                params.gravity=Gravity.CENTER;//居中显示
                params.topMargin=(int) (display.getHeight()*0.20);//距顶部的距离为屏幕高度的0.2倍

    获取屏幕的尺寸
