git push错误

git push错误，提示需要权限或查看是否存在远程仓库，

ssh: connect to host github.com port 22: Connection timed out
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

紧急情况下新建一个仓库，完全复制内容上传，

之后发现需要将文件在编辑器中关闭才可以正常使用

今天又遇到这个问题，而文件夹已经关闭，所以现在莫名其妙，关闭文件夹重新push就又可以了。
