hadoop slf4j-api 1.6.x (or later) is incompatible with this binding 

解决方法：

在POM文件最前面加入：

  <dependency>
  		<groupId>org.slf4j</groupId>
  		<artifactId>slf4j-api</artifactId>
  		<version>1.7.1</version>
  </dependency>

如果还不行，把hadoop/lib hbase/lib 的slf4j换成最1.7.x或更新版的
