在creationComplete对应的函数中加入
focusManager.setFocus(this.txtUsername);
ExternalInterface.call("document.getElementById('Index').focus()");

Index为该FLEX页面在HTML中的ID,或者就是你这个FLEX页面的名称。我测试通过，保证没问题
