不能正常获取字段，当时很懵逼的说，mysql的jar包我放到lib下了。
放了mysql-connector-java-3.1.14-bin.jar，还是报错，有放了mysql-connector-java-5.1.19-bin.jar这个版本的jar包，我用的是kettle5.*版本。
问题解决的办法也很简单，看看当前的mysql版本，然后下载一个高版本的jar包，问题就解决了。mysql-connector-java-5.1.34.jar
