springcloud父项工程pom

在使用springcloud前要先清楚  
工程和模块的区分
如果要创建一个模块就必须要有工程，有工程了才能有模块
springcloud微服务就是把 各个模块进行了拆分，以便可以互相调用。
下面是父工程的pom文件
