安装bat:
C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFrameworkv4.0.30319InstallUtil.exe WatchWinService.exe pause
卸载bat:
C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETFrameworkv4.0.30319InstallUtil.exe -u WatchWinService.exe pause
注意点：bat文件要保存为 ANSI编码格式，utf8 等不行，bat放到WatchWinService.exe同一目录下面
其他：serviceprocessinstaller Account改为LocalSystem
