一、. 创建Eureka-Server 服务中心项目

1. 创建Eureka-Server 服务中心项目架构如下

使用feign调用上述2个提供者项目里的controller拿值，并使用熔断器，进行错误请求处理

停掉三的项目，因为三项目是多方的提供者，停掉则四访问不到会走容错
