问题分析：

Eclipse的adb.exe进程没有被正确执行，主要原因是其他的程序占用了adb.exe的端口，导致abd.exe无法执行。
问题解决：
在任务管理器中找到占用adb.exe端口的进程，笔者找到的是kadb.exe，这个进程是酷狗的联网的应用程序，结束它重启eclipse就可以了，不影响酷狗的使用。
