Frameset和Frame

注意点：
1. frame大小通过rows，cols属性调节，可以是百分比，也可以是具体像素px，还能够支持通配符*
2. 框架边框是否显示可以使用frameborder属性，也可以使用border属性；
frameborder取值 ： 1,0 或者yes,no；
border取值：>=5px 显示， <5px 不显示， 值越大，边框越粗；
3. noresize属性控制frame大小是否可调节，上例代码中如果noresize放置在<frame src="left.html">中，上下左右frame大小都不能调节；
