注册表还经过改动过，不过不知道是不是因为这个原因改好了“[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftCryptographyProtectProvidersdf9d8cd0-1501-11d1-8c7a-00c04fc297eb] "ProtectionPolicy"=dword:00000001”
