下面执行

configure -confirm-license -opensource -prefix "E:Qtqt5.3.2_static_build" -debug-and-release -static -opengl desktop -nomake examples -nomake tests
mingw32-make
mingw32-make install

修改文件

E:Qtqt5.3.2_static_buildmkspecswin32-g++qmake.conf

找到

QMAKE_LFLAGS =

改成

QMAKE_LFLAGS            = -static -static-libgcc
