importError: DLL load failed when import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
出现这种情况的原因, 大多是matplotlib的版本与python的版本 不兼容所致的.
所以解决办法就是: 先卸载 matplotlib, 然后重新安装之. 在anaconda3的环境里用pip工具进行.
