查看本地库该文件夹：少了jar等东西
于是本地安装，到http://mvnrepository.com/输入plexus搜索
然后在cmd中手动安装：
D: epositoryorgcodehausplexusplexus2.0.5
Maven安装JAR包命令是：
mvn install：install-file -Dfile=jar包的位置 -Dgroup=上面的groupId -DartifactId=上面的artifactId -Dversion=上面的version -Dpackaging=jar
注意：1.-Dfile=jar包的位置 需要将jar包也写上
2.jar包不能放在要库里面
然后看D: epositoryorgcodehausplexusplexus2.0.5
