1.组策略
gpedit.msc→计算机配置→windows设置→安全设置→帐户策略→password策略→password必须符合复杂性要求
(改为已禁用)
gpedit.msc→计算机配置→windows设置→安全设置→帐户策略→password策略→password最长使用期限
(改为0)
gpedit.msc→计算机配置→windows设置→安全设置→本地策略→安全选项→交互式登录: 无需按 Ctrl+Alt+Del
(改为已启用)
gpedit.msc→计算机配置→管理模板→系统→显示“关闭事件跟踪程序”
(改为已禁用)
gpedit.msc→计算机配置→管理模板→系统→系统还原→关闭系统还原
(改为已启用)




2.高速启动栏
C:UsersAdministratorAppDataRoamingMicrosoftInternet ExplorerQuick Launch


3.防火墙（建议不要关，直接使用推荐设置——win7以上的都不要关。win8以上的应用商店应用须要用到）


4.加入"windows照片查看器"
server管理器→加入角色和功能→功能→勾选安装"用户界面和基础结构(桌面体验)"


5.电源计划（个人用的话不要碰它，server的话就要设置）
控制面板全部控制面板项电源选项系统设置→按电源button时(不採取不论什么操作)


6.主机前面板音频输出
控制面板→Realtek高清晰音频管理器
("设备高级设置"所有选第一项,"插孔设置"勾选"禁用前面板插孔检測")
(有时候右下角的喇叭还是打叉,那么须要去自己主动启动Windows Audio服务)


7.桌面右键加入"个性化"（重新启动系统后才生效）

8.取消自己主动重新启动||小内存转储%SystemRoot%Minidump||视觉效果
右键我的电脑→属性→高级系统设置→(性能)设置→视觉效果→自己定义→仅仅勾选"窗体内的动画控件和元素"


9.不加"快捷方式","关闭靠近屏幕边缘最大化"

10.控制面板全部控制面板项用户帐户→更改用户账户控制设置(改为 从不通知)


11.关闭Internet Explorer增强的安全配置
右键“我的电脑”→管理(会弹出server管理器)→本地server→IE增强的安全配置（所有关闭）


12.取消右键任务栏程序会显示浏览记录
右键任务栏→属性→跳转列表→取消勾选"在跳转列表中存储并显示近期打开的项目"


13.任务栏日期显示格式
控制面板→日期和时间→更改日期和时间→更改日历设置→短日期(更改为 yy/M/d ddd)
(建议最好就用360安全卫士的功能"清新小日历")


14.更换用户头像
開始→右上角用户→更换用户头像


15.托盘区关闭输入指示（重新启动之后亦不会失效）+恢复XP win7那样的语言栏
使用“输入法不见了修复工具”
另外：控制面板→语言→高级设置→同意我为每一个应用窗体设置不同的输入法（这里打勾）


16.关闭自己主动调整音量
控制面板→声音→通信→不运行不论什么操作


17.开启资源管理器Ribbon（默认是开启的，可是win8优化大师会建议关闭。结果就不小心关闭了）
win8优化大师的“优化向导”中取消“禁止资源管理器Ribbon”


18.设置锁屏时显示器的关闭时长

23.锁屏界面显示天气
開始→应用商店→安装天气（如中国天气通）→win+I→更改电脑设置→个性化设置→选择要显示具体状态的应用→加入中国天气通
（弊端：1.未登陆前的锁屏无法显示天气。2.必须每天登陆中国天气通一次。否则锁屏显示的是近期一次登陆的日期）


24.恢复開始菜单
安装软件StartIsBack就可以（网上的都是适用win8.X的，非常少适用于win2012的，慢慢找）


25.让Metro应用不再是全屏幕执行、有窗体边框和最小化、关闭button。

安装软件Stardock ModernMix就可以


26.右键加入“管理员取得全部权”
