用UltraISO软件，将vs2015的安装包加载到虚拟光驱，
然后在J:packagesEFTools目录下找到EFTools.msi,右键安装
这里的J:指的是虚拟光驱
Go to "C:ProgramDataPackage Cache" and search for "EFTools.msi". You should find two files, just install the most recent one (it should be about 960KB). This fixed the problem for me.
