[LeetCode] Climbing Stairs

You are climbing a stair case. It takes n steps to reach to the top.

Each time you can either climb 1 or 2 steps. In how many distinct ways can you climb to the top?

解题思路：

简单的递归，ways[n] = ways[n - 1] + ways[n - 2];

    int climbStairs(int n) {

        int *ways = new int[n + 1];
        ways[0] = 0;
        ways[1] = 1;
