解决办法：IIS 应用程序池运行账户用户名或密码错误，用户名不能是domainusername格式，直接使用username

CA CRL 不能被访问，
解决办法：使用自搭建的证书服务器时禁用CRL检查，需要关闭发送端口CONTOSO.Async，CONTOSO.Sync，接收位置：Async_Http_Receive，Sync_Http_Receive等涉及到整个流程上的接收和发送管道。交易的两台服务器都需要设置

远程服务器需要使用IIS 服务器证书不能使用CA证书，注意查看远程指是的哪台服务器
