The main object for me at currently, is to find a goal and try my best to implement it. Half and one years ago, I joined to Webb, an American company. And at that time, I really think that is a good opportunity for me to improve my programming skills and English skills. And I really think our interpreter, Billy, is an excellent English speaker. I have made the decision, lean English hard, make the English skills as good as Billy. One year later, something changed and something not, Billy has left the company, for some unpleasing reason. And, I have no chance to beyond him. But I haven’t dropped my goal, I will continue to lean English, use English and make the skills more perfectly to beyond myself. And also for some unpleasing reason, I stayed in the company. Now, another people become my new goal. I think I can beyond him. I don’t he is a good man, for many things, the management, the programming, and something else. And, he is also an excellent English operator. And as we know, if you want become a man with excellent English skills, you should make more practice for many years. So, I don’t know I need how many years to implement my dreams! I really think many things feel tedious in Webb at currently. Many times, I want leave it. But I don’t want lost the opportunity to practice English in the working time in Webb. Because of I have learned many things in the years that I work in Webb.
It’s better to change an emotion than change an environment.
When focus your time and energy on one time at one time, you can finish it better.
The next plan for my dream, change an emotion, and find the most important thing, and then make it prefect.
