WCF-HTTP Error 404.17 – Not Found, The requested content appears to be script and will not be served by the static file handler

将WCF发布的文件直接搬迁到另外一台winserver服务器上，发到发布的IIS应用程序路径，但是IE中打开Service.svc时提示

HTTP Error 404.17 – Not Found, The requested content appears to be script and will not be served by the static file handler

意思是这个service.svc，像个脚本但是不会提供服务。就是该文件不能运行。

安装以下组件重启即可。
