    1输入2个数字,计算a的b次方,存到一个变量中,使用模板字符串打印
    1)读入两次,存到两个变量里面:input
    2)int转成整数
    3)pow(a,b)
    4)result=pow(a,b)
    5)模板字符串%s

    2.逻辑运算啥时候是False
