注意两点：
1、使用IE浏览器添加SOE扩展
2、如果始终显示：“正在添加扩展 请稍后”，请按照以下步骤操作：
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools.
- Click Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click Trusted sites.
- Click Sites....
- In the Add this website to the zone field, add the following sites to the Trusted sites list.
- Enter about:blank.
- Click OK
