English is my disadvantage all times , as a developer or tester a good English is very important. So how to improve or show you have a good English skills is very important, especially spoken English. Until this July I have more than 4 months to improve my English or prepare how to handle interviewer. As an easy way, I can prepare questions and answers and questions then remember them. Following will collect interview questions maybe asked in job interview:
1. Just a simple introduce about yourself ?
Ok, I'll have a simple introduced myself to you. My name is ***, graduated from **** majored in Computer science and technology in 2011.I have more than 3 years' work experience in Software testing and developing. And I am an easygoing person like discussion with teammate at work and have good relationship with all teammate. And also I like help teammate resolve questions and investigate problem. Now I want to get an SDET position in your company, thank you to give me this interview opportunity.
2. Why you want left your before company?
I didn't like work alone. I am very enjoy teamwork. I want to work in an good team which all teammates are work together. And I like discussion with teammate about work and resolve all kinds problem. Also I want learn from outstanding teammate in team. In my mind my experience about software testing especially in automation are not good enough. But now I need do this by my own including design automation framework and test tool for manual testing team and with few feedback from them. I am not sure enough whether my design are good or need improve. I need a clear target and work hard then I know what I need improve and I can also found others stoniness and weakness. Then we can improve together.
3. What about your weakness?
I want everything have a rule, everything must be follow the rules. If anything or work items are not processed by the rule I will very uneasy. For example if I send an email to others but without any response more than 2 days I will check emails every ten minutes and consider why didn’t get feedback and whether I need another email and remind others I have sent him an email.

I know very clear about how to testing a product and improve product quality. My experience and problem resolving skills can help your company at software automation testing. Also I am a good communicator and an attentive man.
