如何本地安裝tensorflow.whl文件

找不到cudnn版本？怎麼會呢？不是在versions.txt里的嗎？還是說找到了版本文件但是不能兼容
python3.6 pip install tensorflow_gpu=1.13.1
是cudnn沒有加入列表吧？
看faceswap簡介里是只支持tensorflow1.12，就乾脆直接輸入地址算了，大步了不用gpu，其實呢，直接運行就好，不用管setup也可以運行，只要庫安裝好了就好
但是這樣的話，cudnn爲什麼找不到這個問題還是沒有解決。其實是可以找到的，但是爲什麼這裏找不到呢？
