Siebel Tools client安装假死在92%问题解决
Solution to this error:
This issue happens incase of installation is on unsupported operating system. So, before proceeding installation, please check SRSP.
Installer is facing issue in register thease two dlls (sstchca.dll and ssceolpr.dll), you can manually register the dlls by below procedure.
1. Run the installation. (Make sure Microsoft Internet Explorer is closed)
2. Open Task Manager on Windows -> Processes Tab
3. Once the installation gets to the point where it stops,
4. Register the.dll file manually. Open a cmd prompt and run this command: regsvr32 C:Siebel8.1Client_1inssceolpr.dll (or where the file is located)
5. Try killing all regsvr32 processes from the Task Manager -> Processes Tab. Installation should finish after this.
6. Test Siebel Web Client.
