服务器某次故障，重启httpd出现如下错误提示

利用fuser揪出占用该端口的进程ID，并kill掉
1 | $ sudo fuser -k -n tcp 80 |
发送apache启动信号
1 | $ sudo /etc/init.d/httpd -k start |
