consul 1.2 支持service mesh

主要说明：

This release supports a major new feature called Connect that automatically turns any existing Consul cluster into a service mesh solution. Connect enables secure service-to-service communication with automatic TLS encryption and identity-based authorization.

大意： 1.2 版本通过一个connect 的东西可以自动的将已有的consul 集群转换为一个service mesh 的，通过connect 同时可以实现服务与服务之间的
安全通信，以及基于身份的授权的安全控制
