解决方案：
打开 Eclipse-->Window --> Android SDK and AVD
Manager--> Available Packages-->Android Repository-->选中Android
SDK Tools, revision 9和 Android SDK Platform-tools, revision
2接下来 [Install Selected]然后重新启动就可以了
